Stuck at the house waiting for a delivery, and the girls aren't back from the big city yet. Decided to play a little, while I'm sitting here listening to 60's oldies on the stereo. Two fluffy deep dish cheesecakes in ramekins, with pecan shortbread crusts. Three regular apple pie cheesecakes (half as thick) with graham cracker. Haha. I saved them all for them to try. I just licked the bowl clean, and wiped out the apple pie filling with my finger!!!!!
