Took up some of that tender sirloin, simmered in au jus, and layered on a toasted fresh roll w/ melted cheddar. I did mayo on one of mine (yes, I ate TWO) and sriracha aioli on the other. Cole slaw and Lays chips again. I'd give the mayo an 8 and the sriracha a 9/10. They were that good, and the girls had seconds also!!!

Best ever can't be beat.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

You can't hardly find a packaged roll that is worth a darn anymore. These are fresh baked bolillo rolls that the bakery section of my grocery does every morning. They make both round and oval ones, and are the very best for burgers or any kind of hot dog, sausage, or cold cut sandwiches. They aren't sliced either, so stay fresher, and you can decide to cut the top or side. Maybe a little more money at 2 for $1, but well worth it!!
