Several of my friends have bought Rec-Teqs and I was on the fence for almost 2 years

After having several briskets off of my boss's that were amongst the best I had ever had I decided to pull the trigger a few weeks ago.
I got the RT 700 and the Bullsye for hot and fast stuff.
Have done several things with the Bullsye and used the 700 for the first time yesterday

Extremely happy with both of them..
I am using the B&B championship blend pellets from Acedemy as they were on sale.. I didn't want to get "stuck" on something that I had to order in.

Very happy with them!

I wish I could handle a RecTec but I think Iโ€™m pretty set on the Yoder 640S for my smoking needs. The RecTeq Bullseye does look pretty neat though

Yoders are great..
I don't know if there is that much difference between any of them as far as cooking ability

I was initially concerned food wouldn't taste "real" but everything we have made has been awesome.. just ate a burger I made for lunch yesterday, it was great.

I'm a RecTeq Bullseye pellet grill owner. Still learning with it, but so far I'm really enjoying it. I just learned that there is a RecTeq forum that has a lot of good info & recipes. Actually pretty interesting info on customizing grills & cooking all kinds of stuff.

I'm about to buy a Bullseye, and then likely a 590 as well.

Agree. Bought our YS640 a few years back. No complaints and itโ€™s built like a tank.
