Love me some Kimchi. Fermented a couple of weeks. Few dashes of Tabasco just before eating really sets off the flavor.

I love kimchi. The jarred stuff from the grocery store is no good, but I can make a meal out of real kimchi.

I will. It’s easy to make. However, you’ll want a second fridge to ferment it in especially if you keep it for more than a week as the odor will leak out and contaminate other items. Koreans often have a garage fridge just for kimchi.
