You cannot image how much I look forward to Sunday breakfast. Monday - Friday I eat Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries with 2% milk and glass of OJ, Saturday it is regular Cheerios with Blueberries & OJ. So Sunday is the day I get my cholesterol fix that brings me great pleasure to my overall well being Almost messed up, cooked my wife her plain bacon and cheese omelette first and when I brought it to her she said" Remember today is moms birthday and I am taking her out" I then thought well I will just go ahead and eat her omelette. Thank God I came to my senses and put hers in a Tupperware and into the fridge and did my thing! 2 egg omelette with with leftover bratwurst, bacon cooked this am, baby bella mushrooms, fresh jalapeno peppers, sharp cheddar cheese, hot Pace Picante and my OJ Yep my presentation & photo skills still suck but the foods good! Had to reheat the Brat first.

You can call it breakfast, or you can call it brunch. I would eat that for lunch.

Nothing wrong with your presentation as far as I am concerned. Fine looking meal, even with the mushrooms.
