I've talked to a few outfitters and they dont seem interested in bringing their dogs out to hunt blues. Plus alot of guys are dedicated to one ranch or hunting camp each year. I'm looking for recommendations for somebody with a quail truck and good dogs to come chase blue quail on a ranch in McMullen county. Its about 70 % blues and 30 % bobwhites. I'd like the truck to pick up the guest at the ranch bunkhouse and swap them out over a 2 day period. There has been alot of roller chopping to open up good quail spots. I'd also grain the roads and senderos for a week or so before the hunt to help bring in the birds. I'd like to do it in Jan towards the end of deer season or after it. If anybody has a suggestion please let me know, thanks for the time and help.

I have 2 german shorthairs ----- hunt from pickup- if you had more people just bring 2 trucks ---- I can get another couple of dogs if you want 2 hunters. I spend most of my time taking movies, the hunters love to watch themselves later. Also take snip it pics out of the movies. If you cant find a pro guide and get desperate let me know, I will come down and hunt with you all. I am in Temple.
