The land next to mine in Falls county, S. of Waco ---------- put up his ad Thur night at 10 pm --(craiglist I think)------- by 9am on Fri morning he had 16 calls. Took the ad down, leased to the first person that looked at it,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 68 acres, 2 hunters at $1500 each. In reality only about 25 acres of the land is huntable. Seems that demand far outstrips supply.

It has been like that for years now. If the lease is close or within close proximity to a large city or town, it will go fast.
