I want to do picanha on rotisserie on the grill sometime. Maybe even use grill smoker chip box to add some smoke. I've done it on the rotisserie as well, true Brazilian style. I prefer it whole vs sliced on the rotisserie. Don't get me wrong the rotisserie style is really good as well, but this is a little better.
