I’m tossing the idea around about doing an after deer season pig hunt or maybe more. I haven’t done this in a while but the last time we did it we had a blast so if theirs any interest we can do it again. I’m thinking we can hunt porkers for a long weekend, cook some good food and drink a few beers while having a good time cheers I’ve got a house big enough to put about 20 people in, a heated shop that would fit a bunch more or you could bring your camper, Hunting roughly 3,500 acres and we can fire up big Bertha aka smoker all weekend and have some fun. The only cost would be we all split the food expenses but other than that whatever happens happens. Any interest in such an event?

You could bring your own side by sides, Jeep’s, trucks or whatever you wanted to use for transportation, it would pretty much be a free for all on land over run with pigs. We would simply draw for stand locations by day and kill them by any means possible at night,

Thoughts?

Ok it sounds like we have some interest so we will try to get something going this fall for after deer season. Might do something similar for late in deer season to take out some doe’s as well with the left over tags, maybe get a few kids up here to to have some fun.

It's a long haul for me, but I'd love to do this bud. Whatever I can do to help facilitate a get together like this, especially with kids, count me in.

My little crew will come prepared ready to earn our keep, not scared to work.

WARNING - my baby girl (7 now), still has some sort of fixation about eyeballs. She always requests "Dad could you please just cut the eyeballs out for me?" Yes baby, here you go. roflmao

Sounds like a memory maker! Would love to participate - If accommodations are tight, we've spent a few hunting nights at the Red River Inn in Clarksville.
