Ruger precision 22, won it in a raffle, no serious target shooting just turtles and such

Just a comment I make often This question would probably be best answered if you state a budget. Some people barely bat an eye at $1000 scope.

That said, we got a discontinued nikon m-tactical 3-12 for our ruger rimfire precision 17hmr some time ago. we like it alot; cap-less turrets, mil recticle, mil adjustments and good power range. Would have preferred a first focal but the second does just fine.
Again, it's budget driven but I'd be interested in trying an athlon or arken if I were buying one right now.
