Just a bacon, elk, and cheese taco today. Cerveza to wash it down. Too darn hot and smoky outside for us Idahoans, you could do a brisket on a lawn chair out on my patio, from all the forest fire smoke in the area. That looks excellent. Sorry about the heat. It’s like Idaho and west Texas switched climates. Last year today it was 106*. Today… 85. Mildest summer I can remember. Keep the good food pics coming.
