Taking it further west from metromess than Breck for more acreage? Looked out that way myself about 15 years ago to more stretch my $$$ but settled back into Young county. Two hour drive vs 4.5 hours ea. way was the decider for me.

Check out land watch and Lands of Texas, saw several nice looking properties in that area yesterday while keeping tabs on whats on the market. I was looking in that area as well, like DQ, as a way to get more land for the price. Settled further north though for not much more.
