Have found a used Tahoe that is perhaps 1 or 2 nitpickings from perfect for what I'm looking for.

Can anyone shed light on this dealership, or have a connection on someone to reach out to on starting negotions/purchase?

Good or bad, just a shakedown on them.

They seem to be starting out a bit high, and it just arrived from auction, but like I said, it's just about the absolute vehicle I've been dreaming about.

Thanks.

You're not going to get a "deal" right now - from anywhere. New or used.

I've tried to deal with them a few times on new vehicles - always tried to play BS games - couldn't touch deals other dealers were making. Your experience may be different.

^ this.

If you found the truck that checks your boxes and you're willing to pay the price you better jump on it. If you don't someone else will very quickly.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking TX. Cochise, it's not so far off that its an easy dismissal, but I want it to be a fair shake...

I've got a friend and we're looking at auctions, first one is tomorrow....I'm just torn to keep waiting, and maybe this example will present itself at non dealer prices. But this dang color combo was all of 1.7% of yearly colors and think it would be the gut punch that ones sitting in Garland and we're scanning Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma's auctions....

Ugh, need me a fresh Yuengling!

You are not going to get a deal. I bought a 2019 F150 Lariat in May with 25K. Immaculate condition. Price was 48K, pay it or walk away. Last year I could have bought a 2018 for 35k. The chip shortage caught me completely by surprise on how it effects used truck prices.

Unfortunately, the current situation is if you're not willing to pay the advertised price you're likely not going to get it. I would try to negotiate, but they just don't have a lot of incentive to deal with anyone right now.

I'm always amazed as to how many crooked dealerships there are out there. Some are harder to deal with than others for sure but I'm always curious as to how they are crooks. I mean it's like they are supposed to sell their cars at loss or they are crooks.
