The springs rains have helped tremendously. Seeing coveys all over my place. These birds pictured were from a recent hatch and couldn’t have been a month old.

Fantastic! I’m on the south end of the county and haven’t seen a bird this year. Only heard one. Glad to see some still around.

Had a covey of about 10-12 juveniles flush yesterday evening 8 miles south of Childress on a place. was 107 degrees at the time and they were running the ranch road.
