Absolutely, keeps you honest and motivated meanwhile I kinda feel like I’m preparing for a marathon without doing any actual running ! 🤠

I use map my run by under armor on my phone. I like It a lot except that It takes forever to register when I change pace. So I’m going to get me a running watch soon probably.

Yessir I’m definitely hungrier than normal, but I’ve been eating healthier so I thought I would see a change. I’m sure it’ll happen when I get into longer distances.
Back during my first marathons I was 175 when I started running and 148 on marathon day.
I’m 180 now but the ol metabolism just isn’t the same lol

Nice to see the new ones now have better features for cheaper.

I used to run 5K's and 10K's regularly. Now I am old, fat, and have a persistent left Achilles injury that squashed my running career. I never did try a marathon. Wish I had done one before I couldn't. Good Luck!

My ex wife’s brother borrowed my trek mountain bike about 4 years ago (before we divorced) and I haven’t seen It since. Thought It was a goner with the divorce for sure. I wrote her today asking about It and she said It was in her garage and to come get It. Took It to the bike shop and getting road style tires put on It and going to start putting some cycling miles on for cross training days.
Plus I like the bike water girl idea for long runs coming up.
