So when a person uses a car, knife, or something else to kill people can we sue the the manufactures of those items??

So when a person uses a car, knife, or something else to kill people can we sue the the manufactures of those items?? It’s going to set a precedent to open that up. But that’s why most ambulance chasing lawyers are Dems, they don’t like tort reform especially in terms of liability

So—- Texas should make their own law; like Colorado on weed. Problem solved. What Texas needs to do is lead the way in a call for a Convention of the States and REBEL. We are getting "tread on" more right now than ever before in history by our federal government and they're only beginning. Today I saw a HUGE convoy of busses hauling illegal immigrants North. Yes it's happening covid or not. If someone doesn't grow a pair soon it's gonna be too late.
