Just for grins, I put together what I call a "HOBO OMLETTE." Two fresh eggs, a hand full of grated cheese, a hand full of German potato salad, a couple of left over zucchini slices, and some crumbled up, left over meat loaf. Cooked all together in a frying pan that had a bit of bacon grease to keep everything from sticking to the pan. Warmed over biscuits to use as pushers and a glass of cold, crisp wine to wash it all down. Looked terrible; tasted great!

That is a different "CONCOCTION" for sure. We needed a picture of that.

Sounds ok except for the potato salad part... I've had a couple different varieties of German potato salad some would probably seem ok with it, the ones with mayonnaise etc. probably not so much for me.

I do completely grasp the looks like hell but tastes great. My uncle especially makes many dishes that are life long favorites. Looking at them its kind of sketchy but I love them.
