I didn't have any tortillas large enough to really roll up, and make nice burros percherons, so I just had to improvise with a couple open tacos. Brisket crusts and burnt ends, Cotija and mozzarella cheeses, cilantro lime crema, pico, guacamole, and Tapa Tio hot sauce.
