Hell, go start a gentleman’s lounge for a er priced hair cuts and bead trimming. I met a guy at work the other day that started 1 in Dallas- Houston- Austin all this past January. Allows cigars and serves alcoholic drinks for free with a hair cut. He has buyers for each location and will net about $3.25m off a $750,000 investment. This is 2021. That business model depends on young fit stylists. You will have all kinds of applicants. Nuff said............ His Dallas location is anything but young and fit.

I’d start a brothel, but only problem I foresee is I would have to operate it by hand for the first few months, I don’t think so.

I owned and operated a residential locksmith biz until covid ended things for me due to age and associated infirmities...rental rekeying required by the state with each new tenant, Texas Property Code mandated rental property upgrades, word of mouth residential rekeys and repairs, foreclosure and eviction services, etc...easy, mostly enjoyable, steady, lots of cool folks to yak at, outstanding dogs to meet at every turn, easy breezy life if you don't live and die over every minor annoyance, etc...several outfits have turned the racket into large franchise operations, so plenty of opportunities to build it as big as you wish...rentals, foreclosures, etc, are about to explode with opportunities in this field...I still own all the tools, stock, and inventory to crank it back up and I maybe just talked my ownself into doing the very same lol...gotta be licensed by the state, insured etc. which is a pain but not really all that big a deal for being self-employed and calling your own shots is the way I always saw it...best of luck whatever you set out to do...

We tried the chicken thing before and I think we had around 300,000 at one time and the smell is embedded in my memory and it haunts me to this day.. I’d eat a bucket of fresh dog turds before getting within smelling distance of another one.
I do like the idea of the pimp though, might look into the bi sexual pimping business though. It seems to be a faster growing client base this year.

Today I watched a guy buy two packs of cigarettes and a honeybun at a convenience store. 17 dollars and change was the bill. Liquor and tobacco would be my business. If you do it the hood, just don't sell loosie's.

Whatever you choose, go the extra mile by doing what you ware supposed to do. It's really that easy. Starting to understand that now, and the reason this cheap guitar is coming out of the case.

Many fast food franchises can be bought into around that price. You put up your part and they will give a choice of locations they’ve already approved, you pick one and they will build it. You run it, they get their cut, you get the profits. Fail to meet standards and they take the reigns.
Buy a failing one. Often the company will send in someone to help bring the franchise back up, if this fails they will shut it down or sell it.
Sonic I would think falls into this category in your investment range.
They won’t build a place they haven’t researched to see if the community can support it.

Definitely an upscale brothel!!!!!
I'd bet you could book it full the first 6 months with an add in this section alone!
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Along with the dog poo business that I have seen around is a trach can cleaning business. I see multiple posts a year on my neighborhood creepbook page of people asking for companies that will come and clean their trashcans.

I have always had a fondness for chickens. It would be a chicken ranch for me. La Grange sounds like a good location.

An inflation resistant business will be required to service and prosper. Do or sell something that people need, even when money gets tight. Or carve out a niche to serve folks who have enough money to always have money regardless of economic downturns.
We are in for a rough ride.

Topless bar…decent scenery (usually) and make a killing off the liquor and blow. Why are most all the new bars all nude and BYOB?

Topless bar…decent scenery (usually) and make a killing off the liquor and blow. Why are most all the new bars all nude and BYOB? In Texas this is why..... a BYOB restaurant does not have to be certified by the state or city to serve alcohol. And since the patron's not spending money on booze, he spends more on the girls, which you get a large cut of.

I was thinking there was some kind of Texas law that if you had an all nude bar then you couldn't get a liquor license.

Storage facility. Folks are printing money with these. People love to pay to store their chit.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

My buddy bought a $20 scratch off on Friday, hit 1 million. Had a check in hand same day for 776K What? Damn that was quick. I hit 20k on a $3 ticket last November and had to schedule a day to come in an claim it and it took 2 weeks to get an appointment. He should have took $20k of it and headed straight to the casino and hit the 3 card poker and blackjack tables!!

Start a restaurant with sexy chicks, We have one called Tight Ends Sports Bar & Grill in Plano. The place is packed when I have went on Fridays. Food is actually good, and the chicks are outstanding there, they have to be making a killing, I am sure the girls work for tips plus probably like $4 per hour or whatever servers make. This was Tuesday at Tight Ends
