The wife likes it when I make this, with filleted/floured/fried chicken breasts, and lots of wine, cream, and butter. Sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, good minced garlic, bacon, and capers. I must admit, it is good. With the black-pepper designer pasta, it is a little carb heavy, but I had a salad this week to neutralize it!!!
Simple one-skillet meal and boil water. Add in some shredded Parm to bring it all together. How hard can it be???
