Been a nice day today, with cooler air, scattered T-showers, and a nice breeze. Wife and MIL didn't want to heat up the house, so she said she'd chop, if I would assemble a Chef salad. Cleaning out the left-overs in the fridge tonight!!! Greens, sliced sirloin, grilled chicken, ham, turkey, bacon bits, tomatoes, avocado, farm-cut mozzarella, and then either honey mustard, bleu cheese, or pear gorgonzola dressings. Hard-boiled or deviled eggs would have just been showing off. I would never win that argument, so I just agree!!! Also, if she chops we never end up with O-Neg dressing!!

Looks great, sorry, would have to pass on the avocado. Just not my thing, but everything else is a 100% winner!!!!
