Mosquitoes are getting smarter and just moving upwind of the thermacell Stay downwind of the thermacell then. You have to be smarter than the mosquitoes.  Seriously, I use a thermacell also...in a box stand, and it does help but doesn't seem to ever keep them ALL away.

Mosquitos are attracted to [censored]. Schlong. Evidently they are and there's no amount of repellent that will discourage them.
