First, wow, whenever i have a great experience with a vendor mentioned on this forum, i want to share with others in same boat...

I had seen these blinds at an expo a couple of years ago, but based on recommendations on another thread, decided to look again at Krivoman. I built my last tower blind from scratch, but based on materials costs, thought i might go with something manufactured if value made it worthwhile. I contacted Mitch and he had just the setup i was seeking, and the price seemed to be in alignment with value, so i pulled the trigger.

Pulled my trailer for the two hour drive, pulled in and Mitch was waiting with a few of his guys. Backed up, they loaded and strapped the blind down, paid, and was on my way -20 minutes tops. The quality is outstanding - 6 bow windows, strong platform, tight door. Once at ranch, I pulled the trailer in as far as possible behind the tractor, then skidded the last bit behind my Mule as it got too tight for the tractor. Two of us then positioned in place by hand - it was a strain for just the two of us, but not near the effort i expected.

I couldn’t be happier with the product or Mitch’s service. Highly recommend and can’t wait for the season to begin! [Linked Image]

Nice!

Like most, i name my blinds for reference. I have the High School blind (built by high school shop class), Tall Tower ( self explanatory), pecan tripod, oaks ladder, and now the Marvin Blind - cuz the Krivoman blind reminds me of Marvin the Martian from Bugs Bunny cartoons.

Heck of a good price for a very nice bow blind that looks like it'll last! Especially when you consider a similar one would cost you very close to that building it out of either wood or metal.
If they had one with set up more for rifle hunting I'd consider buying one. Heck, I may decide to get one of these to set up and break out the stick & string again on the new lease!

Any of y'all have experience using one of these on the 6' stand mentioned on his website? Was looking for something closer to 8 or 10ft.

If a tower is not selected, does the blind come with a bottom.

The pictures on the website without a tower do not have a bottom.

No they do not come with a floor unless you add it on.

Mitch is good people. Keep an eye out on that other texas bow forum as he sometimes runs a summer special. I plan to pick up a couple of his new designs. Put them on ground or build your own wooden deck tower to set it on. The blinds alone are light weight and can be rolled to your stand location if necessary.

Ended up purchasing a blind with a 6 foot tower, have yet to pick it up, but Mitch is a good guy to work with. Answered all my questions and even gave me a call to discuss things directly. (I can be annoying with the amount of questions I ask sometimes.)

I live in the area and had the chance to go check them out in person. He had a bunch on the lot and I got to see one with a 4 foot stand. They're quality stuff. He does offer rifle and bow windows as a heads up. They're spacious inside. The only thing that caused some concern is that the plastic material the blinds are made of seemed to echo a bit more than a more traditional blind. That said, some rugs and some pipe insulation in a couple spots would probably help overcome that and even in a $10K blind I haven't ever been one to hold loud conversations. We all know some chairs squeak tho.

It didn't look like ground blinds came with floors, but I'd venture a guess that if you picked up the phone and spoke with Mitch he'd figure something out.

It looked like he had a few in stock, but the metal fabricator he uses for the stands is a bit behind. So if you're considering for bow season, I'd pull the trigger sooner than later to make sure it comes in.
