I’ve got $40 and some scrap wood in this router planing sled. It leaves a finish that any high end thickness planer would be proud of. All of the hardware was purchased at my local Ace Hardware.

I built one for the same reason, but it isn't not as fancy and was about $15 for the wood. Have seen a few "commercial" ones and they can run into the $100's easy.

Nice job on the build, like the roller guides, bet that is smooth
