I can't get enough of good Ahi tuna. This was a flash-frozen filet my grocer gets in about once a month. Low sodium soy sauce, so I can pretend I'm eating healthy, Oriental powdered wasabi mixed so hot it may cause brain damage!! Thai sweet chili sauce, to hold the rice together and aged pickled ginger.
