its to late now but get some of that zinc oxide stuff? my friend nurse gave me some years ago and it still works good. ya just need to use it as soon as you can after the burn. my radiation doc gave me some too but i didnt fill the scipt cuz i already had some.

It's actually doing really good now. I use the Alocane Emergency Burn Gel. Can find it at Walgreens. Highest allowable lidocaine at 4%, plus aloe. Always keep in the medicine cabinet.

Gotta be careful with that stuff. After my severe burn, the er docs were about to put silver sulfadiazine cream on my burn. Thankfully they called the Burn Ward at UC Anschutz in Denver which is apparently the #1 burn ward in the country. They told them not to put anything on my burn, especially not silver sulfadiazine. They gave me a pain killer and put me on an ambulance. Skin grafts are no joke, but it healed up great.
