Girls decided on finishing the left-over steak. That frees me up to make seafood for me!! Yippee!!!

Not sure which direction I'm heading with this, but got a good start. Hard to take a picture of the roux when it starts getting to the right point, as it is right on the verge of burning, if you don't stir constantly. Simmer time, and the living' is easy. smile

Now this is my kind of dinner!! Easy to make (30 minutes), low maintenance (just simmer 4 hours), I get my seafood fix, and have enough extra for a months worth of left-overs!!!
