Man I can’t get a enough of this Waygu. New York strips, over cooked smashed potatoes hammer and Brussel sprouts. That steak is money. Brussel sprouts were great and the potatoes actually weren’t bad. I took the more over cooked ones.

Through small potatoes in a pot with cold water. Get to a boil until their tender. Drain and let the heat evaporate the moisture for about 5 minutes. Put on a baking sheet and smash them thin with the bottom of a mason jar. Pour a mix of half and half melted butter and olive oil on them. Season. Cook in 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until crispy. I dip them in a sour cream mix what is garlic powder, chives, dill, and oregano.
