It is supposed to be "I couldn't care less." The actual phrase is okay and I use it. It means that you don't care one bit.

If you say "I could care less" that means you care about whatever you are talking about to some degree.

I work with about 120 university students on a daily basis (it'll be back to around 230 in a month or so once everything is fully reopened)...I learned that phrase a couple of months ago...My vocabulary has expanded exponentially in the last six years...as has my knowledge of emojis and how they creatively use those....God bless America. roflmao
