I used him to make a pavilion to cover my tractor and implements from the rain. The metal structure was built nicely, but whoever poured the concrete didn't get it leveled properly. I am constantly battling pools of water under my tractor every time it rains. Takes 30 minutes to sweep out the water each time. I was literally just talking about this with my father an hour ago. Thinking we may have to pour some epoxy to help level it out... which will be an expensive fix...

Planning on building a barndominium and a separate barn in the near future. Not sure I'll use him for that based on the concrete experience.

I've had similar experience

The concrete crew screwed up

your easiest , cheapest option is to cut the concrete
where water pools and put in a drain grate
3x3, 4x4, etc ...

dig down 2-3 ft put in large gravel

Justin Evans from Brownwood did our metal building and barndo. Great job and a good guy to work with. I know he works in Abilene regularly.

Bringing this one back to the top. Anyone have contacts for building an RV cover out of steel (red oxide primer coated) and r panel near Stephenville? I'm looking for a 40 x 25-30 x 15 on unimproved land, concrete footings, will require building it over existing RV and onsite adjustments for grading.
