My oil stocks are doing alright. Along with the dividends to boot. No complaints.

Weeeeee.............

Getting a bit of a sell off this morning.

Might start nibbling at my S&P ETF's if it stabilizes a bit.

I filled up this morning, my 50 gallon tank still had 1/4. Got cut off at $100 before it was full.

Today was the worst fall in Market this year. Dow Jones lost over 700 points. They are blaming it on Delta variant fears but IMO there is a fat bubble about to burst.

I cut my stock holdings by 80% last Wednesday. Think I will just sit on the sidelines a while.

Agree.
I believe and said this before that the Biteme/Sniffme administration has been doing everything possible to artificially keep the market up until they get past the 2022 elections, I do not think they are going to make it before there is a significant drop.

This thread hasn’t been bumped in a while

I sold CARV about a week too soon😬

There was monster squeeze on it recently bang

I had 150 shares at $10, would have been a nice little bump

As a side note, if we stay red in the market and the Delta variant gains steam I’ll bet ole Biden gives another stimulus.

Gotta keep em on the teet, it’s the end plan here

I have done just the opposite. The only thing I cut was my oil related holdings. I bought the dip Monday afternoon and yesterday morning adding to several positions and bought fintech/financial etfs. I'm probably 90% in as of Monday. Once we get close to another all time high, I will start selling my winners to raise dry powder for the next big dip. Though I did time the original covid crash, I just don't see it that bad again with 80% of adults vaccinated and others having antibodies after recovering from the virus. Besides the first covid recession only lasted two or three months. I have been hearing about the bubble about to burst for the last 10 years now for many reasons. I do think there is potential for a 4% to 7% correction this year, but nothing like a 2008 crash. The market is already up double that year to date. IMHO, keeping money out of the market and losing it's value to rising inflation created by our current administration would be a bigger risk right now. Consumer Staples related ETFs are the only new thing on my watch list if we get another dip/correction soon as I think they would benefit from a rising inflation environment.

I guess I made a liar of myself.... I bought some NVDA yesterday morning and a little SPCE early today on dips. Still 75% out.

CLOV has been green 3 straight days after about a month of hell

It ran to $28 last time

I’m still in, sometime between tomorrow and Aug 12 it makes a run is my best guess

They moved up the earnings report today, which is typically good.

Crypto is ripping

I like ETH or BTC

I hold ETH currently

Miners are RIOT and MARA

I just bought HVBT, a small miner.

It’s up 20% today

This should be a winner
