The daughter and SIL have been vacationing in Greece the last 10 days, and constantly posting amazing food pics. I can't stand it.

Rummaged around in the fridge and freezer and found pork, Feta cheese, shrimp and veggies - I can make that work!! How about Feta and cream cheese stuffed pork loin w/ asparagus. My own mix of Greek seasoning and smoked paprika, to get a crust. The last of the shrimp I cooked yesterday, as a shrimp cocktail. Relied on roasted cauliflower with cheddar cheese sauce, and the left-over asparagus on the side??

Dinner - Part 2

Came out OK. If you put that much liquid inside a rolled roast, and cook for an hour, it tries to hydro itself!! Everything else came out just as expected, and the girls were happy!!! Sharp knives, so real plates again!!

Dang that looks good and understand using those plates instead of the fine china.
