I know there are several kinds and brands. I have the muffs but looking at ear bud styles. Don’t mind spending a few hundred dollars on some. Have you used any and what were the results? I have a hard time hearing birds and normal conversation in a blind.

There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE

I broke down and got a pair of Walker's Silencer BT a couple years ago. I caught them on sale for under $150. I like that the case holds a couple of charges for the buds and the bluetooth comes in handy, too.

Apparently the app for the Android phones doesn't work anymore, but that's no big deal for me. You don't have to use it, the buds have all the controls on them that you need.

I got these a couple years ago as well. Got tired of the Walker muffs hurting my ears. Couldn't bring myself to spend $1,000 for custom molded plugs. They work great!

Yep those are the ones. Money well spent for me. Hear conversation and bird wings. Unlike much more expensive enhanced hearing devices, your sense of direction sound is coming from is not degraded. Noise reduction rating is 25db.I use them dove, waterfowl, upland, and clays. Put them in before I get out of the truck and forget I have them in.

400 bucks for avoiding permanent hearing loss. priceless.

I own digitals, but shoot weekly, clays and birds/waterfowl

You can find them under 1000 bucks now. We’re 2k few years ago. The walker digitals are 1/3 or less and probably the best value for the buck.

I have used SportEars, SoundGear and latest Walkers 2.0 rechargeable. The SportEars were the most expensive and lasted about 10 years. Flat love the SoundGear instant fit. When mule deer hunting they go in 1st thing and I wear them all day. Just started with the Walkers and they are nice bird hunting. Those of you complaining about price, loose your hearing. You can’t buy that back.

My hearing protectors are in my Rx. Don't remember the brand, they they set me back $1600 for the pair, about 10 years ago.

While I claim I do not need hearing aids, crickets only exist when I am wearing my shooting protectors, birds sound very different, and I understand conversations better when there is a lot of background noise.

We all need to practice Whoa more.

I’ve used all kinds and brands.

I like the 3m foam plugs the best.
