Everything tonight was cooked over the fire or smoked besides the bucatini pasta. I seasoned the scallops and shrimp with chupacabra seasoning, then sauteed the pancetta with butter, onions and garlic. At the very end I tossed in some red pepper flake to give some warmth to the dish. I then added some Pino Grigio wine and added in the clams to steam. Once the clams were done I threw everything together.
