Sweet-Tooth and the MIL wanted my world-famous honey pecan pancakes this morning (at least in my mind they're that good). Can`t have the pancake`s with keto. I`m having bacon, eggs and Keto bread tonight. Sure miss the grape jelly on my bread though.

Can`t have the pancake`s with keto. I`m having bacon, eggs and Keto bread tonight. Sure miss the grape jelly on my bread though. Multiple ways to scratch your grape jelly itch and still be keto...Google is your friend. Just my .02, LeonCarr
