You have tried to do cheaper ammo, and it didn't do what you wanted it to do.

You have tried to do cheaper rifle scope, and it didn't do what you wanted it to do.

Haven't you learned your lesson by now? The same applies to a feeder. But once, cry once.

I don't need wisdom, I need affordability...

Of course I'm sure you're correct. I may use a cup til I get approval on one of the buccees units if they're really that good.

I would just start out with hand corning an area and see how that goes. One thing about feeding close to the house hand corning works and I have an older cheap feeder there now but it does require attention more often. At least with a 65 yard walk to it I know when it needs that attention without driving to get to it.

My opinion, feed in the morning to reduce the hog activity, maybe an hour after sun up.

Yeah once the hog stuff got mentioned, I changed my thought process to morning feedings also. I'm more of an early morning guy anyway.

Took me a long time to embrace this. I figured a deer feeder might not apply, but I suppose I'm wrong.
