Anybody shooting this combo with a 1-10 twist barrel?
I'm out of 165's and can't get any but I've got a bunch of 190's.
Of the powders listed all I've got is Varget.
Would be using this round for hogs and deer out to 300, would like input
on accuracy potential or lack thereof. 1-10 should cover me at least to 200 grs.

Should work just fine.

I would ladder test it if it were me 43.0 gr listed as max, isn't out of line. I would find out though. Perfect weather for load development.

Thank you, where would you start and how far apart would you do the ladders?
Start at 42 and then .2 all the way up to 43?

I can’t speak for fireman but considering book data is typically watered down a little I would load a few beyond the max just in case so you don’t have to do load development twice can always pull them apart.
