Twin Buttes caught a lot of water in the past months. As to the RV park, last time I was out there, there was nothing but scrub mesquite.

It has the most water there than I have seen in 15 years... really great.
At the intersection of the paved marina rd & the dirt road that goes to the 'jailhouse' there is new construction going on.
I was just wondering if this who was putting this in as I thought that side of the marina rd was govt owned.
