I always do. I love fresh ground/grated horseradish, and not the weak, watered down sauce type they sell a lot of. We have an advantage because one of the leading producers is right here in Rigby Idaho!!

I'm also in the mustard and cheese camp. Provolone is top pick, but swiss works too.

Absolutely yes on the horseradish! Blend a little sour cream, horseradish, smidgen of Hellmanns, (Best Foods to you Blank) a little mayo, and a squirt of fresh lemon juice. It's wonderful! I use Inglehoffer horseradish. It'll knock your socks off.
