OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 6,331 Nampa, SW Idaho	Wanted fresh peaches, but all were green and hard as a rock. Switched to apples instead. Pocket-cut some nice center cut chops, S&P the insides, made bread stuffing and diced apples to put inside while baking. 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Threw in some veggies and brown gravy, and dinner was a hit with the girls!! Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
