I love peach season, Fredericksburg peaches and vanilla bean ice cream. Simple and satisfying...no need for sauces or fancy add ons.

I saw the most useless ice cream maker today at the Bed Bath Beyond. An electric one, in one pint size. Now who would only eat a single serving of fresh peach ice cream???

In. There are a couple of trees producing in my subdivision.

I really wanted to do some peach pork chops tonight, but everything I found was green as heck, and hard enough to play billiards with!!! (Stock Photo). Had to go with diced apples instead. They go great with pork too!!

Fresh peaches that have been chilled then pitted and cut up and drizzled with Eagle brand. My wife likes to get the fresh sliced peaches about half frozen and then serve with ice cold Eagle brand.
