Still using up the last of the left-overs from the RV trip. Shrimp was the ziplock bag of choice tonight (Warning, already cooked shrimp is MUCH harder to hold together in a patty, than the raw ones I usually use!!!). Rolled in Panko crumbs and fried crisp.
Couple of diced green onions in the mix with fresh ground black, a little Mayo for binder, yummy pickled red onions I made yesterday. Bottom and top of the buns coated with Magic Dust tartar sauce, patties bedded on some shredded lettuce with a hint of lime juice, tomatoes and then the beautiful pickled onions! What a gooey, finger-licking' mess!!!
