My lovely wife of 43 years, and mother to me and all the kids just turned 67 years old today. She is the rock we cling to, in this maelstrom we call our lives!! I asked what she wanted for her birthday, and I loved her answer (another reason I love her)! Save money on a card, she whispered, and just buy a really good ribeye. I can do that!!!
Ribeye, baked Idaho spud, sweet farm corn, and I added the sautéed mushrooms, and those baked D'Anjou pears (with raisins, butter, honey and brown sugar) that she loves, for dessert.
