Finally home from our sojourn to the Montana mountains, unpacked the RV, and realized "We have way too much left-over food!!!" Decided to polish off the burgers first, with smoked white sharp cheddar on a grilled bun, avocado, tomato, red onion, and plenty of mayo and brown mustard. Just wouldn't be a proper burger without bacon, or served on our fanciest chinette plates either! Turned out damn good!!!
