Had a bowl last week when mr daughter was home looked a lot like yours with with less than half the crawfish.
Reminds me of the old Where's The Beef commercial.

Great looking and I am sure taste the same. How do you cook it? It was pretty tasty. Make a light roux with butter and flour. Add chopped onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook down till veggies are almost tender. Add some chopped garlic. Cook a few minutes and then thin down with chicken stock. Cook for about 15 minutes and season to taste with salt, pepper,Cajun seasoning. Add crawfish tails and cook about another 10 minutes. Check seasoning for taste. Serve over a bowl of rice with some garlic toast.

Serve over a bowl of rice with some garlic toast. That pretty much nails it mbavo. Next time out, try making a stock with the crawfish heads and use that instead of chicken stock. I also like to add some chopped Jalapenos (seeds and inner membrane removed) along with the onion, celery and bell pepper.

Oh darn that looks good. I love that stuff. When making it at home I typically use shrimp though as we dont usually have crawfish on hand.
