I just use more sugar to sweeten the mustangs to my taste. And yes it was hot yesterday picking them but it will be well worth the effort.

I tried eating both fresh when I was a kid, I don't know if it was because they came from the sandhills below the Caprock or what, but they were tongue blistering acidic. Only tried them once fresh. I do love both jellies though. And I enjoy the 4 pints of each my sister gives me each year. Buck Feto & FJB
