Started at 290# now at 267# Magic number is 255# on my Doctors scale. SO, hoping to get left knee done first part of August

From the results people that I know have gotten from that procedure, double down on the weight loss as it will be well worth it.

still trying, kinda stalled at 270# very frustrating Keep at it, be worth the trouble. Sister-in-law had hers done Wednesday and is getting around a whole lot better than I was during the same time frame. Helps to be thin.
