I still have the top sirloin steak that came from Omaha Steaks. I have company coming and thought it would a great one dish meal. I still need to get the fixings. It bas been years. Need help.. What have you got. Thanks a bunch in advance.

30-Minute Beef Stroganoff
Meat
1 1/2 lbs Beef
Produce
4 cloves Garlic
1 lb Mushrooms
1 Parsley, fresh
1 White onion, small
Canned Goods
1 1/2 cups Beef stock
Condiments
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Pasta & Grains
1 lb Wide egg noodles
Baking & Spices
3 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 Sea salt and freshly-cracked black pepper, fine
Dairy
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or light sour cream, plain
Beer, Wine & Liquor
1/2 cup White wine, dry
Hunt Outside Of The Box

It came out fine. I followed the recipe that was posted on here pretty good.
