Good Food...the best Po-Boy I have had outside of Louisiana was a fried crawfish Po-Boy at the Flying Fish in Arlington.

Looks like Flying Fish Plano is doing it right also.

Just my .02,

I'm a fan of Flying Fish. Never been to the location in Plano. That's the same thing I usually get. Sometimes okra, sometimes fries. Gumbo is good. I've never had a bad meal at the locations I've eaten at.

Love everything at FF....and hit Preston Center at least once a week for breakfast....the old Metro Diner that was next door....when it closed a few years ago....Flying Fish started cooking their breakfast menu....pretty darn good!

My family has had issues at the Plano FF. The Garland and FW no issues, but we've often gotten cold food at the Plano location. They won't even let me go to that location anymore.

One of the partners used to work for me many years ago and we stay in touch a little. Only been to the one in FW and Preston Center. I think its great.
Another good friend is a partner in some of The Catch locations and they are somewhat similar and both places have very quality food.

Took my daughter there for lunch Tuesday, her fried shrimp plate was good, my Crawfish Po'boy was very disappointing, they Mud Bugs were so small there was very little flavor to them and the Po Boy was dry, all I could see and taste was the Batter, Mayo, Iceberg lettuce and onions very disappointed!

Thank goodness I was with my beautiful daughter and enjoyed the time with her.

I went to the one on North Lake. We enjoyed it.

I did not realize it was a chain.

Good food.

Yes sir it is a chain. The last time I went had the fried catfish, shrimp combo with a bowl of seafood gumbo and it was very good.
My daughters meal of fried Shrimp was very good, the mud bug Po Boy needs a lot of help.
