Mike came out to hunt last weekend. Prior to the hunt he asked if I would smoke a brisket. I of course said sure. He then says it’s a wagyu brisket no finished product as we were busy but let’s just says it was like meat budder

When I pull it out of the fridge it was closer easily to 20 lbs. so I guess if you figure 20x 30 dollars a pound=600???

I have purchased one waygu brisket in my life. I have also only fallen asleep and overcooked a brisket by 4 hours once in my life.

Unfortunately, both of these were at the same time....
